  • Timeframe: You must report the damage within 7 Days days from receiving the product.


2. No Refunds, Only Replacements

Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products. Instead, we provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.


3. How to Return for a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to naseenighties@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number].”
  2. Include Video Proof: Attach the video showing the damage or defect of the product.
  3. Review: Our team will review the video and process your replacement request within 7 Days business days.
  4. Return Shipping: If required, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.


4. Conditions for Replacement

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn (unless damaged).
  • If the item was damaged during transit, the shipping carrier’s process may be involved in resolving the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that products that are used, washed, or worn will not be eligible for replacement. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet the criteria mentioned above.


6. Shipping Costs for Replacement

Shipping costs for the replacement item will be borne by Nasee Nighties. If the item is deemed not damaged or defective, the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
